Bread flour screening production line

The production line is the bread flour sieve 300 kg/h.

End customer need to use 60 mesh flour as raw material, to make the nice bread.

Production process: drying - delivery - screening

Before flour be sieved, the moisture content is about 5%, first drying the flour by the dryer then delivery the flour to sieving machine.

We provide two sets for client:

Project A: the direct discharging screen

Project B: ZYD vibrating screen

Customers adopted the ZYD - 800-1S vibrating screen to deal with flour.

We are specialized in the production of powder machinery processing, especially for the sieve residue, conveying equipment manufacturers. We can assist customer to design the whole sieving--conveying, conveying--screening production line.
