The exciting force generated by the vibration motor work is easy to cause a certain looseness to the bolt, thereby causing the breakage and burning the motor.
2. Improper installation causes the motor to burn out
There are eccentric blocks on the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor. When the vertical or inclined installation is required, the bearing needs to bear the gravity of the eccentric block. If there is no balance shaft inside the vibration motor, the bearing will be adversely affected and the service life will be shortened.
3. If the ambient temperature is too high, the motor will burn out, and the heat dissipation effect will not cause the motor to burn out.
The working environment is bad, the dust is large, and the dust is easy to accumulate on the surface of the motor, causing the internal temperature to be too high and burning the motor.
