Reasons for Small Amplitude of Vibrating Screen

　　Shaker amplitude is small

　　the reason :

　　1) Insufficient voltage

　　2) too much material on the screen surface

　　3) The vibrator has failed

　　4) The grease in the vibrator becomes thick and agglomerated

　　solution :

　　1) Change the power supply

　　2) Clean the screen material

　　3) Overhaul the vibrator

　　4) Clean the vibrator and update the appropriate grease.
