For using belt conveyor, many end users often don’t know how to stick the belt on the two side of conveyor belt?
There are 3 kinds of way connection for conveyor belt:
First: Hasp connection way. No need glue.This way is often for short convey distance, small loading capacity. Refer to the flowing picture.
Second: Belt vulcanizing by flat vulcanizing machine
This is the best way for conveyor belt connection. Most of long convey distance conveyors ‘s installation often need this machine.The end user should prepare for this machine at cost.

Third: Sticking belt by glue.
This way is most popular by end user. We will supply the special glue when delivery of order conveyor.

After cleaning of the 2 side of belt end, cut 5 layers as the following pictures, and sticking together with high pressure. More details will refer to our User Manual.
