1. Adjust the radius of the eccentric block
The adjustment of the radius of the eccentric block is mainly accomplished by three long slot fastening bolts, and the specific adjustment amount can be determined by the tick mark. The radius of the eccentric block is adjusted from 10 mm to 40 mm, and the radius of the eccentric block is usually set to 30 mm.
Adjusting the radius of the eccentric block will result in a change in the speed of the material on the mesh surface. Generally, increasing the radius of the eccentric block will speed up the movement of the material on the sieve surface, so the output is high, and the radius of the eccentric block is reduced. Reduced, the separation effect is better, the customer can adjust to the best condition according to the requirements.
2. Adjust the eccentricity of the equipment and the inclination of the main shaft (radial angle and tangential angle)
The tangential and radial directions can change the trajectory of the material on the screen surface. (The tumbler vibrating screen is adjusted according to the radial angle and the tangential angle).
Adjusting the eccentric radius will cause the speed of the material on the screen to change. Generally, the large radius material will speed up on the screen surface. The production speed is high, the radius of the material is low, and the separation effect is better. The user can adjust according to the requirements. Do not adjust the range beyond 40 mm (radius).
The radial inclination of the main shaft affects the vertical movement of the screen. If the radial inclination is too large, the discharge will be too fast. If the radial inclination is too small, the material will accumulate in the middle of the screen and the discharge will be affected. The radial and tangential angles are independent and interacting and cannot be considered as separate bodies.
The higher tumbling of the material on the mesh surface results in a larger throwing, faster discharge, and lower separation quality. The material is tumbling higher on the mesh surface, because the material stays on the net for a long time, the yield is low, but the separation effect is good.
Increasing the tangential angle usually means a higher peripheral motion of the material. Correct setting: The material is distributed moderately on the mesh surface, forming a uniform layer and gradually moving to the periphery.
The specific adjustments are as follows: First open the adjustment door, loosen the fastening bolts, adjust the eccentricity, the phase and the phase angle, and the phase-cut angle according to the above requirements (note not to adjust too much at a time), first tighten the fastening bolts.
Remember, after each adjustment, you need to manually drive to ensure that the components do not collide before starting. If the effect is not good, you should try several times according to the above rules until it reaches the best condition, and finally adjust it.
